How the engagement works
Agree what the team needs to do better
Choose the decisions and tasks to work on, establish the team’s starting skills and agree which tools and information are appropriate for the sessions.
Practise on the work itself
Work through examples, assess the outputs and improve them. Make the checks explicit: what information to provide, what a useful answer looks like and when a person needs to review it.
Make the learning usable afterwards
Capture the working guidance developed in the sessions. Agree who will apply it and what you will review afterwards, such as output quality, repeated use or time spent on the chosen task.
What you receive
- Exercises drawn from the work your team actually does
- Reusable guidance and review checks developed in the sessions
- Agreed next steps and measures for applying the learning
What your team needs to contribute
Choose a sponsor and involve the people who do the work. Bring suitable examples and tell me which AI tools are approved. We agree session time, preparation and any practice between sessions before you commit.
Who is responsible for delivery and operation?
I deliver the training through DAY SEVEN. Your leaders approve how AI is used in the business, and your team applies the learning.
What determines the scope and price?
The proposal sets out the team, tasks, format, preparation and price. The first call helps establish whether leadership training, team workshops or a longer programme fits the need.
When a different approach fits
The training needs a team able to practise and a leader who can approve how the learning is used. If you are buying a production system for a trade business, that is a separate CJAI implementation project.
