How I got here
My background is marketing and customer journeys at large platforms. Most recently, I was Senior Integrated Campaign Manager for Adobe across EMEA, running campaigns for Adobe Experience Platform with a growing focus on generative AI.
Alongside that, I co-founded Online Buzz in 2018 and led digital marketing strategy for its clients for eight years. In 2025, I taught the Digital Marketing Certification at BrainStation in London, including AI in digital marketing.
Today my work has two sides. I teach leaders and teams to use AI on their real work, and I build enquiry, quoting and booking systems for trade firms. I keep them separate because they need different things: training needs a team ready to practise, and a systems project needs someone who knows how the office really runs.
What I believe
- The biggest AI breakthroughs often come from finding where AI breaks in the workflow: missing context, confidently wrong assumptions, and decisions that still need experienced human judgement.
- Redesign the workflow before you give AI agents power. Ownership, permissions, hand-offs and measurement come first.
Work I’ve done
At Velociti, I led AI enablement and labs across a three-month programme: a leadership day and six practical sessions on real software-delivery work. At Accent, a 115-person HVAC firm, I helped leadership decide which of four workflows to tackle first.
Before that, I worked on enquiry, quoting and follow-up workflows for Empire Home Solutions, ICY Solutions and Current Electrical, and a prospecting process for Wise Humanity. Each case study says what I did, what was delivered and where the evidence stops.

Every conversation starts with me, whichever kind of help you need. Training is delivered through DAY SEVEN; your organisation then owns how AI is used and approved. Trades projects are delivered through CJAI; you approve the rules, accept the handover and decide who runs it, and any ongoing support is agreed up front.
