For a CTO or technology leader

Use AI and agents with proper review and accountability.

How do we turn individual AI experiments into a consistent, reviewable way of working?

Your teams already have AI tools. The harder problem is agreeing what context to give them, how to review the output and who approves the work. As Head of AI Enablement at DAY SEVEN, I train leaders and engineering teams on their own delivery work, with the review steps made explicit.

Where I start

At Velociti, I led AI enablement and labs across a three-month programme: a leadership day and six practical sessions covering requirements, planning, development, testing and handover in the team’s own environment. The focus was judgement and review, not just tool skills.

The decisions you may be facing

Quality
How do we check AI output before it ships?
Accountability
Which decisions must stay with a responsible person?
Agents
What should agents be allowed to do, and with what permissions?
What I’ve seen

The biggest AI breakthroughs often come from finding where AI breaks in the workflow: missing context, confidently wrong assumptions, and decisions that still need experienced human judgement.

How I help

Training for your leaders and engineers

I deliver the training through DAY SEVEN, where I’m Head of AI Enablement. Your organisation owns production changes and approvals.

Your questions

Who delivers the sessions?
I lead the sessions as Head of AI Enablement at DAY SEVEN. The proposal confirms the delivery team, any specialist instruction and the contracting arrangement.
How is confidential code and data handled?
Sessions use only the AI tools your organisation has approved. Before the programme, we agree which examples can be used and how confidential code and customer data are handled. Your policies take precedence.
What format does the training take?
Formats are agreed for each programme. The first call establishes whether leadership training, team workshops or a longer programme fits. At Velociti, it was a leadership day and six practical sessions over three months.
