How it works

I follow a real job through your business

We pick a recent enquiry and trace it: how it came in, what you needed to know, who priced it and what happened before it was booked. That shows where details go missing and where jobs sit waiting.

We agree the fix, then I build it

I check what your current software can already do. We agree what should happen automatically and when a person takes over. Then CJAI builds exactly that.

Your team tries it before it goes live

We run normal jobs and awkward ones through it with the people who will use it. When it behaves as agreed, I hand it over and show your team how it works.

What you get

  • A simple map of who does what, from first call to booked job
  • The automation or CRM changes we agreed, built and working
  • Tests on normal jobs and the awkward ones
  • A handover your team can follow, with a named person who runs it

What I need from you

Time with whoever knows how jobs really come in, logins to the systems involved, someone who can say yes to changes, and a bit of time to test. For the first call, just tell me the problem and which tools you use.

Who builds it and who runs it?

CJAI builds what we agree. You decide the rules and who runs it day to day. Before any work starts, we agree the handover and whether you want ongoing support.

What does it cost?

Every business is different, so I price the work after the first call, in writing, before anything starts. The price depends on your software, what needs connecting and how tidy your data is. Software subscriptions and ongoing support are priced separately.

What this isn’t

This is about handling the work you already get. I don’t sell advertising or promise more leads. If you want your team trained on AI instead, that’s through DAY SEVEN.
